This is the 35th anniversary of the Concert For UNICEF in New York, keying off the International Year of the Child. Musically, it didn’t match its predecessor, the 1971 Concert for Bangladesh, but that’s probably because the driving force in organizing it were the Bee Gees.

In any event, we’ll find some moment: here’s Earth, Wind and Fire performing “That’s the Way of the World.”
