Nick Chiles
Nick Chiles is an award-winning journalist and two-time New York Times bestselling author. He has written or co-written 13 books and won over a dozen major journalism awards during a journalism career that brought him to the Dallas Morning News, the Star-Ledger of New Jersey and New York Newsday, where he won a Pulitzer Prize as part of a team of reporters. He has also served as Editor-in-Chief of the travel magazine Odyssey Couleur and of the website AtlantaBlackStar.com. He is a graduate of Yale University, where he was sports editor of the nation’s oldest college daily newspaper. He was bitten by the journalism bug at St. Peter’s Prep in Jersey City, NJ, where his first byline was on a story about the horrors of teenage acne. He is pleased to report his skin has been relatively clear for the past three decades. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and two teenage daughters.
