President Obama: “I’m With Her”

The endorsement everyone was expecting finally comes.

The President just made it official.

Clinton responded on twitter.

Just in case anyone doesn’t get the “fired up, ready to go” reference, here’s a reminder.

According to this report in the Washington Post, the first joint campaign appearance for Clinton and Obama will be in Wisconsin next week.

There are so many ways that this pairing is extraordinary. It isn’t just the first African American president campaigning with the first female presumptive nominee (as if that wasn’t enough). For most of us, this will be the first time an incumbent president plays a major role in the campaign to replace him. So buckle up everybody – and enjoy the ride!
