Who’s advising the Palm Beach County Canvassing Board?

Everybody knows that the ballots in Palm Beach County are the most important and this delay could be truly fatal to getting fair results. Who is the guy advising the Board? Is he a fool? Or a Republican tool? Or is all the delay just because the board loves being on TV?
