SANCHEZ OUSTED….Lt. Gen. Ricardo Sanchez is being replaced as the top general in Iraq. It’s not clear whether this is an ordinary rotation, a previously planned move to upgrade the position to 4-star level, or a reflection of displeasure about the job he’s done. Or perhaps all three.
