WHAT’S THE MATTER WITH WASHINGTON?….The behavior of the vote counters in the Republican caucus in Washington is truly bizarre. With 87% of the vote counted on Saturday night and McCain ahead of Huckabee by a razor thin margin of 26%-24%, state GOP chair Luke Esser just stopped counting and declared McCain the winner.
