On the teevee

ON THE TEEVEE…. Over the weekend, we talked about Sen. Tom Harkin’s (D-Iowa) renewed interest in legislation banning the filibuster. In light of recent events, there’s quite a bit of interest in the possible legislation, and whether it has a shot of gaining support.
