POTUS presents debt-reduction plan

Two weeks ago, President Obama presented his American Jobs Act to a joint session of Congress, and mentioned that he’d present a follow-up plan soon on debt reduction. That speech is set to get started in a few minutes. You can watch it here. [Update: I’ve swapped the video, replacing the live feed with the clip of the speech itself in its entirety.
