No doubt inspired by the apparent success of The Hunger Games, the dystopian science fiction drama released nationally today, the Santorum campaign has produced this new web video about America in 2014 (if President Obama is reelected):

The annual sacrifice of one teenage girl and boy from each state will doubt follow soon after.

It’s not entirely clear why rising gas prices or the separation of church and state could result in a mass exodus of American citizens from small towns, but I’d sure be interested to hear the explanation.
