2012 Pledge Drive Wraps Up

This morning, the Monthly‘s chief political blogger, Ed Kilgore posted personal appeal about the importance of contributions. Thanks to all of you who responded, both too his message and earlier.

The pledge drive is ending today, so you’ll no longer have to read these reminders (well, at least not until Christmas). For those of you who’ve contributed, please know you have our most sincere thanks. For those who need one last reminder, this is it: your tax-deductible donation can make a big difference.

Your donation will not only help the magazine, but also help support this blog.

While we already have print and online ads, this only covers part of our overall expenses, which means that we depend on contributions from readers to stay up and humming.
So for the last time, I hope we can count on your support. Click here to help out. You can donate online, through PayPal, or through the mail.

Thanks very much everyone.

If you enjoyed this article, consider making a donation to help us produce more like it. The Washington Monthly was founded in 1969 to tell the stories of how government really works—and how to make it work better. Fifty years later, the need for incisive analysis and new, progressive policy ideas is clearer than ever. As a nonprofit, we rely on support from readers like you.

Yes, I’ll make a donation
