At Ten Miles Square, there are several items of great interest:
* Aaron Carroll notes that even if the Supremes leave ACA more or less intact, there are some urgently needed “fixes” Congress needs to deal with.
* Jonathan Zasloff has great sport with the myopia and hypocrisy reflected in Justice Alito’s angry dissent from the decision invalidating across-the-board life-without-parole sentences for juveniles.
* On the same decision, Mark Kleiman notes that it was in part based on a rare admission of error by a leading policy wonk (in this case, John DiIulio).
* Andrew Gelman suggests a depressing scenario whereby a Euro-driven economic crisis cooks Obama’s goose, and then the inevitable recovery gives false validation to Romney policies.

* Daniel Luzer reports that for-profit colleges are coming to grips with possible demise of their cash cow, federal financial aid; and also tells us Tina Fey will play a Princeton admissions officer in an upcoming movie.
