As the Supreme Court decision sinks in, Democrats may become more sober about the political implications. But the upholding of ACA, on whatever grounds, is obviously grounds for celebration, and that’s what DNC Executive Director Patrick Gaspard did in this tweet of awesome simplicity: “It’s Constitutional. Bitches.”
