So I’ve always been a little wary of the “but what about the jobs?” focus of many higher education policy types–you go to college to learn, after all, careers are just what you do to make money–but with the cost of college getting so high, it’d be nice to have an idea where this is all going on a few years, right?

Satyan Devadoss, a math professor at Williams College, has produced this helpful visual of the careers of (Williams) college graduates, by major. Just in case you were wondering what happened to all of those religion majors (click on the link for a better view):
