When I first heard the DC-based New Wave band, Four Out of Five Doctors, I was living alone in a suburb near the Atlanta airport and listening to a lot of of music. Thanks to YouTube, I’ve rediscovered them, performing “Waiting For A Change” and “Elizabeth” in 2008.
