As indicated earlier, I’m taking a break from blogging until around 8:30 PM EDT, when I’ll begin live-blogging the first presidential debate (which formally begins at 9:00). One of my colleagues may put up a post in the meantime, but in any event, please come back this evening for some debating fun. Since research indicates post-debate media coverage has a bigger impact than the content of debates themselves, it will be most interesting to see what happens in the spin rooms and beyond.
