73 years ago today, former Soviet War Commissar and exiled communist heresiarch Leon Trotsky was murdered in Mexico City by a Stalinist agent. With apologies to any Trotskyist who might be offended, I just have to post a video from the L.A. band Trotsky Icepick (when am I ever going to get a better news hook for them?).
