2014 WaMo Fundraiser: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You

In case you were wondering how the 2014 online fundraising campaign worked out, the numbers are in, and they are the best ever. We received over $30,000 from 610 donors. That’s a 23% increase over last year in the number of people contributing, and an 18% increase in revenue. Believe me, these dollars are crucial to our ability to operate.

Thanks to all of you from all of us here at WaMo. We’ll try to reward your generosity and loyalty throughout 2015–beginning with the new issue of the magazine going online today!.

The Washington Monthly was founded in 1969 to tell the stories of how government really works—and how to make it work better. Fifty years later, the need for incisive analysis and new, progressive policy ideas is clearer than ever. As a nonprofit, we rely on support from readers like you.
