You know, I’m discovering that spending the early morning of Decision Days staring at SCOTUSBlog for the occasional update is not unlike watching a mid-summer baseball game. There’s an out, then maybe a walk, then another out, and you just don’t know if you’re about to see a game-winning home run, a third out, or a rain-out.
UPDATE: No ACA decision today. So everyone can stand down until Monday, or perhaps next Thursday, or perhaps some other day that the Court decides to make a Decision Day. Back to our regularly scheduled FastnFuror watch, veep speculation, and other fine early summer political fare.
