* At Ten Miles Square, Jonathan Bernstein expresses sympathy for Harry Reid’s situation in contemplating real filibuster reform.
* At College Guide, Andrew Gelman dives deep in explaining Niall Ferguson’s admittedly “stupid” remarks on Keynes. He thinks Ferguson was mainly trying to entertain an audience paying for his “lecture.”
And in non-political news:
* Arrest warrant issued for the athlete formerly known as Chad Ochocinco, who seems to have skipped a couple of probation meetings recently. Long quick trip down from Dancing With the Stars.
