In the category of “I’m too out of touch with popular culture to understand if this looks as stupid to other people as it does to me,” I note that Chris Christie (his state administration, not some PAC or conservative group) has put out a fake movie trailer to advertise a “summer tour” the Guv is doing to promote a fresh assault on state government pensions. Check it out:

Buzzfeed‘s Andrew Kaczynski reports that Christie’s brain trust has also put out a “fake poster” for its fake movie trailer, complete with fake reviews. Lotta faking going on in New Jersey.
